The floor
only goes up.
Every token on KEEL has a keel: a SOL vault that 0.7% of every trade falls into and nothing can withdraw from. Keel ÷ supply is the waterline. Burn your tokens at the waterline any time, no vote, no window. It only moves one way.

Launch. Trade.
The keel fills.
Four moving parts. Everything else is a consequence.
Launch
Name, ticker, picture. Optionally drop ballast: a share of your first buy goes straight into the keel, so the line starts above zero.
- fixed supply, no mint authority
- ballast 0 / 10 / 25 / 50%
- dev tokens locked 6 months
Trade
1% fee on every buy and sell. 0.7% of it falls into the keel as SOL. 0.2% to liquidity, 0.1% to the platform.
- no minimum size
- keel only takes deposits
- no withdraw instruction
Waterline
Keel ÷ circulating supply. The market can't trade under it for long: anyone holding would scuttle instead of selling lower.
- readable on-chain, any time
- rises with every trade
- never falls
Scuttle
Burn any amount of tokens, receive the waterline from the keel. No vote, no unlock date, no one to ask.
- any amount, any time
- burn is permanent
- line unchanged after
Most of the fee
goes under the line.
Where each basis point goes, and a simulator that can't be told to go down.
The keel pays exactly one kind of transaction: a holder scuttling. It pays the waterline, burns the tokens, and the line stays where it was — because the same share leaves both sides of the fraction.

The real form. It saves in your browser and ends at a wallet signature — which today ends at "not open yet".

What the board will look like. Every token here is invented; every number is made up.
What a floor
isn't.
The honest part. We'd rather you read it here than find out.
The waterline is usually far below what you paid. It's a floor on redemption, not a refund and not a promise about price.
It rises at 0.7% of volume. A token that trades $100k in its whole life has a $700 keel. A quiet token has a low line for a long time.
Price can fall 90% and still be above the line. The line is the bottom of the chart, not the chart.
Scuttling burns your tokens. There is no undo, and no way to buy them back from the keel.
A creator with 50% ballast and a big dev buy still only puts SOL in. They can't take it out. But a creator can still abandon a token — the keel just means it doesn't go to zero.
Nothing is deployed or audited yet. Anything that says otherwise is not us.
| any trade | keel += 0.7% · line up |
| holder scuttles | keel −= share · supply −= share · line unchanged |
| dev: withdraw keel | no such instruction |
| dev: mint supply | mint authority burned |
| anyone: pause scuttle | no such instruction |
| anyone: lower the line | impossible by arithmetic |
THE ONLY ADMIN POWER IN THE PROGRAM IS THE 0.1% PLATFORM FEE ADDRESS. IT CAN'T TOUCH THE KEEL.
